My short play, Stick Up for Mars will receive its world premiere as part of the Ten by Ten Festival, July 10-20, at The Arts Center in Carrboro, NC.

Pumpkin Patch and Stop Rain are now available as part of the 2007 Best Ten-Minute Plays, 2 Actors, anthology from Smith & Kraus.

Bio

Patrick Gabridge is an award-winning writer, with numerous productions of his plays for stage and radio in venues across the country. His plays, Blinders and Reading the Mind of God, were both nominated for Best New Play by the Denver Drama Critics Circle. Pieces of Whitey, his comedy about well-meaning white people, generated intense discussion (and laughter) to sold out audiences in Boston this summer. Pat co-founded the Chameleon Stage theatre company in Denver, the Bare Bones Theatre Company in New York, and the Rhombus Playwrights group in Boston. From 1993 to 1999, Pat published, Market InSight... for Playwrights, a monthly newsletter for playwrights that has helped hundreds of writers market their work.
